Our Workshops
Our repair operations are based in 20,000 sq ft of purpose built and fully equipped ISO9001:2000 accredited repair workshops.These workshops are equipped with state-of-the-art diagnosis and test equipment. We have full BGA and surface mount re-work facilities together with a wide range of specialist repair equipment. Guaranteed turnaround times are supported by our extensive spare parts stocks and soak testing facilities.
We have a capacity to handle more than 40,000 repairs per year. This, coupled with our extensive spare parts stocks and real time scheduling, means we can offer you best-in-class turnaround times. Our workshops have been designed to offer a high degree of anti-static protection. We have installed special flooring, have custom built anti-static benches and all of our engineers wear special earth straps when handling any unit. All units are moved internally in anti-static bags and stored in a safe manner.

The core strength of Maxey Moverley’s service is our team of highly skilled and experienced engineers. We take our engineers’ training and development very seriously. We follow a comprehensive technician development programme, which includes attendance on manufacturers’ courses, pursuing recognised electronics qualifications and a continuous programme of in-house application-specific training.
All our engineers are organised in a cellular structure, with each cell specialising in a particular technology. This gives us the focus and strength in depth to achieve a single point of call for all your repair needs, as well as the flexibility to be responsive to your individual needs.
