Our tailored training courses are designed to familiarise installation and / field service engineers with specific equipment types or models.
Often, for example, the courses are presented after the customer has secured a new contract which includes support for units with which engineers are not familiar.
The courses in these circumstances are always well-received by the service customer, the engineer and, ultimately, the end user. The results nearly always include a significant reduction in the number of no-fault-found items being sent in for repair.
Our dedicated training facility can accommodate up to 16 delegates at one time, and the space is also available for our customers to use for their own meetings and events.
