Our 20,000sq ft return-to-base and technical resource centre the largest dedicated facility of its kind in Europe.

It currently averages more than 3,000 CCTV and security repairs a month, with the capacity to respond to fluctuations in demand whenever our customers require additional volume.

Dedicated repair cells for all major equipment types and manufacturers ensure that we deliver not just the scale but also the specialist expertise required by our customers.

All workshops are equipped with state-of-the-art diagnosis and test equipment, full BGA and surface mount re-work facilities, together with a wide range of specialist repair equipment. Special flooring, custom built anti-static benches and comprehensive anti-static handling and workshop processes assure a high degree of anti-static protection.

The progress of each repair through the facility is managed by a bespoke workshop management system for end-to-end traceability.

Accredited to ISO9001:2008 throughout, our resource centre is a bespoke facility that sets the standard for electronic repair.
